The Situation - Disposal today

It is traumatizing for the true animal lover to think that his animal companion will after its death be brought to a modern "bone yard", processed on a conveyer-belt along with all kind of organic waste. Operating on the principle of a meat grinder, one's two or four legged animal companion would be torn up by a giant screw to a mangled mass which then will be incinerated. The resulting ashes are mostly used by the construction industry. (mil)

It is the opinion of ANIMORT that this is unacceptable. Moreover most animal owners remain uninformed as to these common practices.
